Directions
Step 1: “Add water and curry paste”
In a pot, add the entire contents of the pouch, add 125ml of water and stir well until combined.
Step 2: “Add salt and boil”
Bring the usal to a boil over medium high flame for 6–7 minutes, add salt as per taste, and stir till combined. Garnish with coriander and serve hot.
