Directions
Step 1: “Marinate”
Rub your fish with a little salt and turmeric, massage gently, and let it rest for 5–6 minutes.
Step 2: “Add water and curry paste”
Add 300-400ml of water to a pot along with the entire content of the curry pouch and bring it to a boil.
Step 3: “Add fish, salt and boil”
Bring your curry to a boil, let it simmer for 8-10 minutes, add your marinated fish and salt to taste, simmer for 7-8 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
