What's the normal delivery time?

Items will be shipped within 24 hours and delivery will take up to 5-8 days depending on the delivery address.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping across India for orders greater than Rs. 499. We ship all over India where a courier service is available.

Do you offer same day delivery?

We offer same day delivery in Mumbai – Order should be placed before 2 pm. People ordering after 2 pm on Saturdays will get their order on Monday.

Note: Not available in Navi Mumbai, Virar, Dombivali, Thane

Return Policy

What is our Return policy?

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

What are the conditions for return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened boxes, and in its original packaging.

What documents do I need to place a return?

You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I start the process of return?

To start a return, you must contact us at info@maskhari.co.in, If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchange

What is our Exchange policy?

Exchanges and returns are only allowed in the following unlikely cases:

Packets that are puffed or damaged at the time of delivery.
Products have expired by the time of delivery.

Proof of bill and original packaging must be provided at the time of exchange. Once used, products will be ineligible for exchange or return.
