Directions
Step 1: “Add water and curry paste”
In a pot, add the entire contents of the pouch, add 200ml of water and stir well until combined.
Step 2: “Add salt and boil”
Bring the varan to a boil over medium high flame for 6–8 minutes, add salt as per taste, and constantly stir the varan to avoid it from sticking to the pot, add more water if your varan thickens.
